Coaching for people in a situation of grief

Grief is a normal and healthy response to loss. Yet it can completely throw us off balance and sometimes it may be just in moments of grief that we feel isolated from others. On the other hand, grief also holds the potential for inner growth when it is acknowledged and given the space it needs.

I offer you a listening ear and a non-judgemental space where you are free to express your grief. I will not give you any advice; I will simply be present. Together, we can consider what you need during the various stages and moments of your grief.

When you are ready, we can – at your own pace – explore together how you would like to reshape your changed situation and which paths you would like to take now to realign your life.
