Before training as a life coach, I worked as a music therapist in hospitals, care homes and schools for 15 years. I know what a hospital corridor smells like at 8 o’clock in the morning, what a handover in a team under time pressure can feel like and how loud the noise level in a school can be. I also know the struggle to find self-care in a demanding and challenging work environment.
